Junior Sales Representative

Digitouch is a pioneering international performance-based digital marketing agency providing measurable results through its Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Online Media Planning services powered by its Adserver technology. Gelir Ortakları (GO) is an Affiliate Marketing platform operating as a subsidiary of Digitouch. GO’s performance-oriented approach delivers marketing and technology solutions through its Cost-per-action (CPA) online marketing model.
With the support of its Turkish and international investors, GO launched its Affiliate Marketing network abroad in 2005 and later expanded into the Turkish market in 2008.
The GO Sales Department is currently looking for two teammates to train as Junior Sales Representatives. New hires should be eager to:

* Initiate contact with potential clients (cold calling, preparing and sending presentations, etc.)
* Acquire new clients
* Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients
* Follow up on proposals and contracts with clients, close the sales deal
* Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
* Conduct client visits after a training period of a few months


Requirements:

* To be below 27 years of age
* Less than 2 years of corporate sales experience
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Strong communication skills
* Client and results-oriented
* Excellent persuasion skills
* A strong sense of responsibility and solid work ethic
* Good at teamwork
* Excellent presentation skills


Junior Software Developer

We are in search of a junior software developer to join us at new and existing in-house development.

Please do NOT apply unless you have intermediate level English language skills.

Responsibilities:
* Developing web LAMP applications using PHP, MySql, Javascript & jQuery.
* Strong foundation in HTML and CSS manipulation.
* Able to quickly learn high-volume and high-availability software engineering techniques.
* Keeps informed of status of projects and makes recommendations as necessary.
* Ensures software projects are completed according to product specifications, time lines.

Required Qualifications/Education
* At least 2 years of recent hands-on LAMP development experience.
* Knowledge of Version Control Systems; Subversion in particular.
* Knowledge of relational databases, SQL and database design. Normalization techniques will be appreciated.
* Have heard of MVC concept or smarty template engine.
* Excellent planning and communicating with team members.
* Ability to multi-task when required.
* Strong desire to learn emerging technologies and to innovate new solutions
